Concierge or reception is the first contact in the building. EZ provides the best security officers for this service with good communication and customer service skills and the appearance.  The main aim of concierge is to preventing unauthorised access to the building.

Concierge officer duties includes are;

  • Welcoming and greeting customers or staff
  • Sign in/out all visitors
  • Make sure the reception area is neat and clean all the time
  • Fire alarm test on weekly basis
  • Responding to all emergency calls such as fire alarm, water leakage or any electric issue etc
  • Handling the visitors badges
  • Monitoring CCTV
